The Delivery Management module of merchantXtra gives an extra dimension to your customer service and internal
organisation.
The Delivery Management module exports orders from your legacy system so they can be arranged into Trips for your delivery
drivers. Each order in each trip has a status (delivered, loading, in yard etc). A customer can view the status of their order
(on route etc) through the extranet module of merchantXtra. Updating the status of your deliveries can either be manually or
automatically controlled (depending on any other delivery management software you may have).
The Delivery Management system has many other features, such as archiving, logging, and notifying customers of changes in
their delivery status via SMS.
