eBiz | MerchantXtra is a solution designed specifically for the Builders Merchant Industry. It
takes data exported from a legacy system (such as ACSL) and with this data it creates a product catalogue and
customer extranet on your website. What this essentially means is:
- Products added/deleted/modified in your legacy system are reflected in the product catalogue merchantXtra creates
on your website
- Customers can login to your website and place new orders
- Customers can login to your website and view previous orders that were created in-store, over the phone or via
your website
- Customers can see the status of their deliveries
- Customers can update their details via your website
- Stock levels from your legacy system are displayed on your website product catalogue
